Do you take custom orders?
Yes we do! Anything from the fabric to a certain size that you want. 99% of the time, this is all free of charge. We only ask more when it's something extremely difficult, or the size you want is so large it will need a lot of extra material.

What if I want plain fabric?
You can have whatever fabric you wish, we're here to make you exactly what you want. Feel free to email with any requests and I can let you know if it's possible or how long it will take!

Can you do larger orders?
As there's two of us, we can do incredibly large orders. These will often have to be done through email rather than ordering directly from the site, since we have limited availability for certain fabrics.

Can I get a discount?
At this time, we charge so little that we don't make a ton of money off what we sell. We too like the things we buy to be well crafted but not overly expensive, so we try to make our own products reasonable. We also like to buy our fabric from something other then the clearance rack, so you get the best fabrics possible.

Do you sell the template so I can make my own?
No, we don't.

I don't have PayPal, can I send a check or money order?
Of course! Email me and I'll send you my address and we'll get your order made up A.S.A.P.!

I can't view my cart, what should I do?
Try clearing your cache and view it again, this often happens to me while I'm using FireFox. I'm a big fan of Google Chrome for this reason. If it still won't work for you, please contact us and I can send you an invoice through PayPal instead.

Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
On many of our items, yes we do! Contact me for shipping prices, and I can send you an invoice for shipping fees through PayPal. Shipping is usually only a few dollars more.

I don't have a PayPal account, how can I pay?
You don't need an account to pay through PayPal. When paying you can select 'Pay with your debit or credit card as a PayPal guest' OR you can simply pay directly on our site.

Will the chicken diaper work with runny droppings?
Our diapers come with a waterproof liner but there is still only a certain amount of liquid that it can hold. To combat this, you can order our diaper inserts or you can use a sandwich bag, panty liner or napkins to try and keep the liquid from soaking through the diaper.

Can I buy a chicken diaper smaller than 4"?
We would prefer it if you didn't. In our experience, chickens quickly grow out of anything less than our small size so that by the time you receive it in the mail, you already have to buy a larger size. If in doubt, by a small and wait for your chick to grow into it.
